Little known Montenegro

When we planned a trip to the Balkans, Montenegro was not really a main point of interest. We just didn't know enough about it as its really a hidden secret. it turned out to be one of the most diverse and breathtaking countriesI have visited. Highlights were the UNESCO protected walled city of Kotor, beaches of the Adriatic at Herceg N

ovi and the beautiful and most photographed island of Sveti Stefan. The people are so friendly and it remains untouched by big level tourism. What we liked to do was to start driving along the Bay of Kotor and stop at any beach we liked to take a dip and enjoy the scenery. And then move on to the next scene. Roads are fairly okay, though there are only single lanes as its mountain driving.

Jaipur

Udaipur

Udaipur Lake and Palace.The city has a lot of steep climbs which were slightly tough for the senior citizens in our group. The Jaiwana Haveli was alright, though were not as clean as we expected. The food was very good, but overall I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

Jodhpur

Our beautiful hotel- Ratan Villas, in Jodhpur a mini Haveli converted into a hotel. the staff and the hotel were 5 stars in my view. beautiful and quaint and cozy. The Mehrangarh Fort is such an impressive and tall fort with beautiful architecture all around. Makes you really appreciate the worksmanship. The prayer room below was such a work of art and splendour.
